ABOUT THE AUTHOR
John Ringo had visited 23 countries and attended 14 schools by the time he graduated high school. This left him with a wonderful appreciation of the oneness of humanity and a permanent aversion to foreign food. He chose to study marine biology and really liked it. Unfortunately the pay was for beans. So he turned to quality control database management, where the pay was much better. His highest hopes were to someday upgrade to SQL Server, at which point, he thought, his life would be complete. But then Fate took a hand: John has become a professional science fiction writer, and is in the early stages of becoming fabulously wealthy, which his publisher has assured him is the common lot of science fiction writers who write for Baen Books. Product ReviewThis book is not for everyone!!!!!! However, I enjoyed it thouroughly. I read this when it first came out. I started with the free chapters, and quickly bought the book online, I couldn't stop until I learned what happened.

Product ReviewThis series isn't really science fiction, but on the other hand it's a good rousing action series. Recommended for fun reading - don't expect the usual Posleen type character bad guys or Might Mite good guys.

Product ReviewI idn't think this book was Science Fiction, nor Fantasy. I didn't think anyone would publish it unless it was part of a group package. I admit it has been strangely facinationg to me, like those people who stare at accidents.
