I was bored with my last 3 books. I want adventure, not political fiction. Thank You so much for this book. Certain authors I buy everything they write and these guys are definitely on the list.

Great story and characters. Looking forward to the sequel. I've liked & HIGHLY recommend all of Wentworth's Baen novels so far, and Flint didn't hurt this one.

Presents a slightly different story line than we normally see in regards to the human first contact. Slow at the start but builds to an awesome finish.

This is just a fantastic book. Earth successfully colonized by aliens! (And there are bad guys, too.)

Seems to be a sort-of retelling of Anvil's Pandora's Planet, but much, *much* better, in my opinion.

Wow, a what a great read. I'm now looking for any others in the series. Too bad there's not a link here showing the next or former books in the Jao story line.
Just a short comment: I've used the Baen Free Library and publishing schedule to buy more books that I really *like* than in the last few years instead of standing for an hour trying to find one on the shelf at the bookstore. I've discovered authors that I might not have noticed, and gone back and ordered others in the series.
Thanks for making SF purchasing and reading fun again.
