I ran into James Chandler a few years ago at a convention in North Carolina. He was interested in doing a story for an anthology we were setting up in the Fallen World. We had the anthology filled but the story he pitched was very good and we had him jump right into our series with a novel. He’s one of the favorites in that universe and his foray into science fiction is quite enjoyable.
