This book is dedicated to Kai Meyer, who initiated the project, gave it its name, and encouraged me along an unexpected course I had barely begun on my own. Sometimes, one person’s faith in you changes your life. Kai’s faith in me, and his affection for my work, changed mine. I am forever grateful, brother.
