so and so...so far i have read all the books on this series,love them,the one chapter i read here ,,,is dont know, is missing something,i will buy the ebook and then i may bitch about it or praise it,also i agree with a comment i saw in here john ringo needs to come with another book on this series,histories by other writers are great cause like someone"s character in the books mention,:there's a few other groups surviving out there" and we need to know how they survive and what they did.so for now i will give the chapter i read a 4 stars.

BTR is a fine addition to Ringo's zombie apocalypse universe. My favorite stories were Up on the Roof (Flint), Staying Human (Nye), Do No Harm Hoyt), Not in Vain (Ezell), How Do You Solve a Problem Like Grandpa (Williamson), Battle of the BERTS (Massa), and The Meaning of Freedom (Ringo).

Good reads allWhat Geoff said- The writing ranges from good to awesome, but the sum total was a very good re-entry to the Black Tide Rising [BTR] milieu. I was in withdrawal from having read straight through from Book 1 to Book 4, and this eased my pain. Some of the writing seemed to have a little divergence from strict BTR canon, but it was tolerable and in good service to telling the story. I'm in for more if there is ever another volume. Meanwhile- PLEASE Mr. Ringo, We want more stories of both Sophia and [especially- our grrurl] Faith!

Ringo's Sandbox AwakensThis was a very interesting read, with stories ranging from very good to superb. There are some incidents which seem at least mildly at variance with the canon, but as stories, they worked and worked very well. Ringo's haunting little short dealing with post-apocalypse choices was especially well done. Thanks, all of you who wrote these. Any chance of Black Tide Rising 2?

Quite GoodThis is a pretty decent stab at a shared universe, and i would be happy to see some "fleshing out" (and preferably intertwining) of the stories herein.

HorridTo John Ringo readers out there. Bored needed some reading material so bought the latest Book Black Tide Rising. Lord TOTAL TRASH MONEY MAKER RIPOFF. Don't even waste your time when it hits the libraries. John ya should be ashamed.
