Product ReviewGod help me for downloading this book. What a cliche-ridden, stereotypical, kinda disturbing trash heap. I couldn't get even 25% through the Kindle edition before having to restrain myself from throwing the Kindle in rage. Fortunately for my innocent Kindle, the delete option was easily accessed.
