The hottest military science fiction series of all time continues. The mission: to boldly explore David Weber’s Honorverse; to deliver all the action, courage, derring-do, and pulse-pounding excitement of space naval adventure with tales set in a world touched by the greatness of one epic heroine: Honor Harrington. This sixth volume in the popular Worlds of Honor series includes stories by 1635: Papal Stakes coauthor and best seller Charles E. Gannon, New York Times bestseller and Star Wars phenomenon, Timothy Zahn and Joelle Presby. It’s rounded out with an all-new David-Weber-authored novella featuring a young Manticoran Royal Navy commander who goes by the name Harrington.

The first story read like a throw-back to a story from 1950 with a "Greenie under the bed" polemic.
The stories improved, but "In Fire Forged" is the better anthology to give a taste of the Star Kingdom's universe

Agree with Christiana. Loved the rest of them but the first really wasn't quite the same kind of tale that we would expect from the Honor-verse. Loved the way the stories gave us some back-story that I had been wondering about. Filled in some gaps for me.

First story as not what I was expecting, nor up to the Harrington Standard by my read, but the others stories were amazing as always.

Pretty good. Liked the other anthologies better but the story about Honor and the one about her parents are both pretty good.

The stories are good, but the book is much to short for the price of a eARC.

I read to the end and my first feeling was: I paid 15$ for something this short?

This is one of the best Honorverse compilations! The stories are great, especially the last one, by an author I'd not heard of before.
