one of our greatest writing inspirations for both
the Castaway series and for Boundary itself.

To Armstrong Sperry, whose Call it Courage remains one of the great stories of personal bravery in a strange world; despite its age, it can still capture the imagination of children and adults alike, and was directly inspirational in the writing of Castaway Odyssey . . . and the creation of the character of Tavana Arronax.
